Zuk Soligbo, Cava Guard Group Essex Area Manger arranged to perform a mock interview day with a local Academy. The Academy writes:

Every student in year 10 (130 in total) is to be allocated an interview time slot so we’re looking forward to a very busy and productive day. Reception staff will be expecting you and will direct you to the Learning Support Centre where the event will take place. The first interview is scheduled for 9.00am so may I please suggest that you aim to arrive at the school by 8.40am in order to give you time to get settled and have a look over the application forms (see below). Refreshments, and lunch, will be provided throughout the day.

Students have been provided with a special Application Forms and they are currently completing these in lessons.
You will be provided with the relevant completed student applications on the day.

You may meet up to 11 students throughout the day and each interview slot is approximately 25 minutes long. During this time, we ask that you conduct a very general (i.e. non-job specific) one-to one interview for about 15-18 minutes and then use the last few minutes to provide the candidate with some verbal and written feedback about their performance during the interview and the quality of their application.
