We offer a very personel service, we understand our customers needs are different at times. As we are a local company we can offer a fluid response to customers enquiries, providing trained uniformed SIA licenced guards at very short notice. Cava Guard is also an SIA approved trainer for the NOCN, so getting the right personnel is key to our success.

Being able to offer many livered tracked vehicles in the area to support Patrols and Key Holding response as well as support to Cava's lone working guards on static sites located around the Midlands enhances the services that Cava can offer to our customers.

As Cava Guard Group is an approved trainer for the SIA, we are able to provide updated and new training techniques, including health and safety, risk assesments and full induction training to facilitate our customers individual assignment instructions. 

Service Delivery

As one of the largest independant Key Holding Alarm Response Companies in the Midlands, we are able to offer our customer's, flexible and very comprehensive services. The Response team and Duty Managers are trained on alarm activation types and false alarm diagnostics. They are trained on accessing the customers log to make a more informed assement preventing on going alarm activations thus reducing the customers costs.
