We can respond quickly to changing customer needs. We also identify and solve problems rapidly and effectively. For example, our key holding Response Officers are professionally trained and capable of identifying alarm faults and advising customers accordingly.
Our services are also cost effective. Charges are realistic and honestly calculated with detailed breakdowns available showing wages, related costs, training, operational support costs and profit.
Robust and Well Managed
A simple but effective Service Level Agreement is offered as a basic tool for performance monitoring. Performance indicators are agreed with our customers and regularly reviewed at agreed intervals.
Service monitoring offers a range of processes and communication from incident reporting, patrol reports in real time to detailed monthly reports for manned guarding contracts to always ensure the customer is well informed.
Service Delivery
Contracts are both effective and flexible - even the Security Officers are personally selected and managed. They are recruited for their integrity and professionalism and rewarded for good service. For example, bonus schemes are employed wherever possible to reward and recognise meritorious service and actions on duty.
